General Manager of Tria Global Solutions. Joined Exacto in May 2015. Ned has a B.A. in Economics from Indiana University-Bloomington and a M.B.A. from University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Ned brings extensive globalizing portfolio strategy, distribution and supplier partner negotiations, and developing and launching new business model experience in Agricultural, Turf & Ornamental, Commercial Cleaning and Consumer & Office Markets, while at Exacto, Diversey & 3M Company. Ned has led Tria and this new business from concept to one of the most promising Ag technologies on the market.
Steve Doench, CCA, SSp
Head of Sustainable Agronomy
Steve Doench is a professional agronomist with over 20 years of global work experience. Steve has a B.S. in Agricultural Mechanization and a M.S. in Crop Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Steve has been a certified crop advisor (CCA) since 2001 and is also a Sustainability Specialist (SSp). Steve’s background involves being an agronomist with DuPont Pioneer, a global crop supply analyst and agronomic advisor at Louis Dreyfus Company and the Director of Business Development at a successful agricultural technology start-up Agrible that was acquired by Nutrien. Steve is leading Tria’s mission to help customers achieve sustainability goals within the agricultural supply chain.

Business Development Agronomist
Bardia Dehghan Manshadi is an experienced Business Development Agronomist with a demonstrated history of working in the chemicals and irrigation industry. Bardia has been involved in multiple agricultural product launch projects from concept to application and his recent successful start-up business leadership led to the introduction of AquiMax® product line to the US and international markets. He is highly skilled in product development, account management, soil science, and agronomy. Bardia is a strong research professional with a Master of Science (M.S.) focused in Plant Sciences from California State University, Fresno and B.S in Agricultural Engineering from Shahed University of Tehran, Iran. His hands-on experience in agribusiness will provide technical expertise and enable Tria to continue to expand our offerings to the US and international markets. Bardia is based in Fresno, CA.
